Requirements:
  • Experience and knowledge regarding MSP framework, especially in Cloud Environment.
  • Exposure to Linux operating systems in Virtual Machine environments.
  • Public Cloud engineering experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Support & Operations environment, preferably in an ITIL framework.
  • Required incident management experience and ability to communicate directly with customers in English.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing support tickets and maintaining knowledge materials for MSP customers.
  • Handle support requests and incidents, ensuring E2E ticket lifecycle management.
  • Work with engineering teams to document managed service processes and align with technology stacks.
  • Identify service improvement areas and deploy standard system changes.
  • Proactively monitor customer services and follow incident management processes.
