Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role within the Telco or IT sector.
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and customer portals.
• Proven experience in iteration and sprint planning.
• Skilled in developing user stories, process flows, customer journey mapping, detailed requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for gathering feature requests and prioritizing them based on user needs.
• Schedule releases in collaboration with the engineering teams.
• Coordinate sprints effectively to ensure timely product delivery.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
