Requirements:

• 2+ years of functional experience with Workday HCM
• Lead 5+ Workday PATT deployments
• Experience configuring the Workday application
• Current or previous Workday HCM certification including Payroll, Absence or Time Tracking required
• A passion for guiding, advising, and delighting clients
• A keen interest in the Talent and HR space
• Experience mentoring, developing, and/or managing less experienced Consultants
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Organizational skills
• Oral and written communication skills
• Curiosity, flexibility, tenacity, team player
• College degree preferred
• Ability to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities:

• Accountability for the successful delivery of workshops with clients to gather, understand, analyze and document business requirements
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices, particularly in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
• Build consensus around business processes and design
• Configure the Workday application
• Understand the broader business context
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the Skill Squad
• Mentor and develop less experienced Consultants on the team
• Participate in internal strategic priorities and projects
