Requirements:

• Bachelor's or equivalent four-year degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in a Linux-based environment through university subjects or work experience.
• Desktop Linux usage including command line tools for file manipulation.
• Basic troubleshooting skills including log collection and configuration file editing.
• Familiarity with setting up and troubleshooting multiple operating systems.
• Understanding of Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Applications.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a customer-facing job.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work from the London, UK office providing technical support for employees.
• Own the technical infrastructure supporting the office and events.
• Provide onboarding support for new employees.
• Support during office events, ensuring technical aspects run smoothly.
• Maintain security monitoring for employees.
• Handle support requests via various communication channels, upholding service level agreements.
• Contribute to a shared knowledge base and maintain team communication.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement.
