Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in educational leadership roles such as Principal, Administrator, or Superintendent.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly to Executives.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of educational programs.
• Leadership experience in K-12 educational institutions is highly desirable.
• Strong networking skills and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with client prospects to understand and qualify their needs.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify opportunities for program services.
• Collaborate with the Program team to develop early-stage activity plans for lead and opportunity management.
• Engage with stakeholders at networking events and conferences to represent the company.
• Deliver products and documentation to clients while promoting continuous improvement within the client program services team.
