Requirements:

• At least 10 years managing aviation contracting and deployment in mineral exploration & mining or related industry.
• Experience conducting programs in various countries and remote environments.
• Proficiency in aviation scheduling and logistics.
• Demonstrated commitment to health & safety standards in the workplace.
• Familiarity with the BARS program and requirements.
• Experience with aerial survey operations and strong computer skills.
• Ability to problem-solve in remote environments.
• High degree of independence and effective remote work skills.

Responsibilities:

• Understand aviation laws and regulations in various jurisdictions to ensure compliance.
• Create aviation standards and pre-qualification criteria for vendors.
• Manage and evaluate aviation contractors for KoBold operations.
• Oversee aviation safety audits and implement necessary corrective measures.
• Maintain daily contact with field personnel and contractors.
• Track health & safety incidents and define aviation KPIs.
• Manage custom sensor configuration and logistics for project sites.
• Implement programs in remote locations as needed.
