Requirements:

• Strong background in financial and/or accounting roles.
• Business degree with emphasis in accounting or finance preferred.
• Experience advising under-capitalized small business owners.
• Ability to explain financial concepts in plain language.
• Hands-on FP&A experience.
• Capacity to identify issues in compliance and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Read, analyze, interpret client financials.
• Meet with clients to guide them through financial decisions.
• Help clients identify and act on financial opportunities.
• Prepare and analyze client financial files.
• Work collaboratively with team members.
• Participate in client-facing meetings and hold clients accountable for their financial decisions.
