Requirements:

• Previous experience in a staff-level Program Management role across multiple businesses.
• 8+ years of experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience with projects involving hardware and firmware elements is a bonus.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a highly technical environment.
• Ability to establish new sustainable processes.
• Smart, curious, and analytical with a bias for action.

Responsibilities:

• Own, develop, and lead adoption of HEMS product development processes and guidelines.
• Lead Program strategy and partner with project managers across Generac businesses.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders with updates on program progress and risks.
• Facilitate decision-making across diverse groups.
• Work with leadership to establish commitments to plans and portfolio management.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps.
• Ensure accountability to program schedule and outcomes.
• Manage risks and share status updates.
