Requirements:

• Previous management experience in an Inventory role.
• Good attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and stock compliance regulations.
• Calm under pressure and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with excellent verbal, written, and numerical skills.
• Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel, for reporting and analytics.
• Previous experience in eCommerce.
• Strong planning and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Help to maintain and improve the existing perpetual inventory program.
• Design and embed new processes to capture untracked stock movements.
• Maintain reporting of accurate stock levels, contributing to minimizing stock loss and damage.
• Design and produce stock leakage calculations and reporting.
• Determine reasons for discrepancies in inventory systems and implement corrective measures.
• Build demand & capacity plans in collaboration with Trading & Buying teams.
• Conduct regular analysis and communicate stock performance across the business.
• Work with Replen Manager to enhance reporting and modeling.
• Develop relationships across key departments and respond to auditor queries.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor production outputs and wastage.
