Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience as a full stack developer using Java, JavaScript, and ideally Swift and/or Kotlin.
• 6+ years of experience in creating large, complex enterprise applications.
• 4+ years of working in the Banking or Fintech industry.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop highly complex and integrated enterprise applications with superior web and native experiences.
• Act as the go-to person in your squad team for all architectural questions and decisions.
• Create and review software architecture designs and architectural standards.
• Ensure software meets security and legal compliance standards.
• Identify risks and potential mitigations.
• Align with peer Lead Engineers on architecture.
• Define 3rd party library usage and promote shared code adoption.
• Support developers in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Hire, onboard, guide, and coach developers.
• Drive the team to maximum velocity while ensuring high code quality.
• Conduct fast root cause analysis of mission-critical issues.
