Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Project Manager in the life sciences industry.
• Experience with business solution deployments leveraging enterprise content services platforms.
• Preferred project management experience from software/services providers or consulting firms.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification is required.
• Experience with Veeva Vault projects (Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety).
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative approach.
• Self-motivated with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain program governance, including meetings and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead client-facing and technical team meetings, guiding project progress.
• Oversee project planning and performance to meet timelines and budget.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, providing project status updates.
• Allocate resources and manage risks that affect project delivery.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with quality standards.
• Manage changes to project scope and implement change control processes.
