Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in an R&D program management role driving projects through the full product life cycle.
• Experience managing customer issues internally within an organization.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and customer-facing teams.
• Familiarity with HashiCorp products.
• Knowledge of distributed software architecture and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to creatively solve complicated problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a track record of delivering projects.
• Experience in a rapid-growth organization delivering enterprise software.
• Strong bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

• Improve and execute on strategy and operations within R&D at HashiCorp.
• Drive complex programs and initiatives requiring cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide detailed tracking for critical customer escalations and manage them to closure.
• Facilitate collaboration across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Create and manage plans for customer escalations, establishing milestones and timelines.
• Work closely with leadership teams on execution of strategic initiatives and risk management.
• Own systems for project documentation and communication between stakeholders.
• Establish and continuously improve standards for product delivery.
