Client Services Liaison

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of customer service experience, particularly with high net worth individuals.
• Experience in the financial industry is required; call center experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for conveying complex information.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is required.
• NetSuite experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive understanding of system of record (NetSuite) and how records interact.
• Manage communications and problem resolution for shareholders through phone and email.
• Set expectations and maintain communication with shareholders.
• Provide exceptional service throughout the deal process.
• Identify escalation situations and coordinate responses with other teams.
• Prepare client correspondence and manage the internal case management system.
• Suggest process improvements for higher customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with response times and internal policies.
