Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end projects across multiple departments, including Sales Excellence initiatives and NPS launch.
• Analyze business results and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Utilize data from Excel, Looker, and Salesforce for strategic decision-making.
• Guide and develop colleagues in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Drive adoption of new processes and initiatives across the organization.
• Manage critical operational tasks and contribute to long-term solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of data, systems, and technical infrastructure.
