Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of related experience required.
• Prior hands-on software delivery experience preferred.
• Prior experience in strategy development preferred.
• Experience in product ownership for one or more projects preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile Frameworks, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe.
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and listening.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize features, user stories, and team backlog to align initiatives with strategic goals.
• Engage with business units and conduct ideation sessions to gather requirements and refine opportunities.
• Manage and prioritize pod(s) backlog while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Deliver proof of value and insights on emerging trends to empower business units.
