Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis, Consulting, or Quality Assurance.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in business analysis or software consulting with proven documentation skills in the HR module.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the administration and/or use of an HRIS, ATS, LMS, and Performance Systems.
  • 1-3 years of experience in integrating complex, inter-departmental processes.
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and evaluating business processes.
  • Experience in user acceptance and regression testing of software systems.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Visio.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables, charts) and proficiency in other MS Office software.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Saba Cloud/SBX, Smart Recruiters, Workday, Power BI is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and effective working with business executives and third-party vendors.
  • Self-starter with a strong initiative and ability to work remotely across various time zones.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and develop relationships with business users and work with them and support teams to optimize systems.
  • Help design, elicit requirements, document and maintain system processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional HRIS projects involving development, implementation, and testing.
  • Collect and define business requirements into technical requirements or functional recommendations.
  • Report on common technical issues and make recommendations to support teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Americas business.
  • Support the Global HRIS Manager in key business initiatives.
  • Improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to customers.
  • Maintain and perform regression and quality assurance tests in HRIS systems.
  • Train HR business stakeholders on HRIS systems.
  • Supervise the administrative function for a regional Human Resources hub.
  • Audit data input into HRIS and correct errors for accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
