Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Master’s degree in health services research or related field.
• Proficiency in qualitative research methods including grounded theory and phenomenology.
• Experience with qualitative data management and analysis software (e.g., Dedoose, NVivo).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a diverse team.
• Established record of peer-reviewed publications and congress presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects as project leader and primary client contact.
• Manage delivery of project components and collaborate with the team.
• Lead development of research studies in social sciences and health economics.
• Identify study designs and sources of data, ensuring methodological integrity.
• Conduct data collection through interviews and focus groups.
• Perform analyses and ensure quality outputs for publication and presentations.
• Ensure timely delivery and sound financial performance of projects.
• Proactively manage client expectations and communicate study rationale and results.
• Involved in business development and line management of direct reports.
