Requirements:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a contact center environment and in a business enablement support role.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Report and collaborate with the Director of Sales in executing a high performing sales floor.
  • Lead and manage a team of 8 to 10 Sales Managers focused on credit repair and debt solutions.
  • Coach and mentor Sales Managers through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Establish, monitor, and maintain operational policies, performance measures, and production control processes.
  • Provide leadership including planning, coaching, and recruiting in the area of responsibility.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement goals, approve incentive compensation, and collaborate with HR.
  • Direct resources in an efficient manner, assisting Sales Managers in resource use.
  • Participate in establishing financial goals and developing plans to achieve growth targets.
