Requirements:

• Proven experience (8+ years) in a DevOps role within a high-growth consumer-facing company.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and OpenTofu.
• Knowledge of highly reliable networking tools such as Wireguard and Tailscale.
• Experience with content delivery networks (CDNs).
• Knowledge of data stores setup like MongoDB & Redis.
• Experience with system hardening and technical security audits.
• Strong knowledge of web application and API security.
• Scripting knowledge in Node.js and Golang.
• Experience with real-time multiplayer gaming engines and application security.
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity and Information Technology frameworks.
• Knowledge of ISO27001/27002, SOC2 certifications.
• Expertise in building security infrastructure per FTC guidance and GDPR.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day operation and maintenance of infrastructure for high reliability, security and cost effectiveness.
• Incident management and root cause analysis.
• Ensure robust security controls and practices are implemented and maintained.
• Design, plan and implement IT infrastructure in a hybrid cloud environment.
• Automate and improve monitoring systems and tools.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively within the team and with internal stakeholders.
• Work with external vendors to resolve issues and coordinate projects.
