Requirements:

2+ years of global payroll experience handling multiple country payrolls.
India payroll experience is a plus.
Experience with Workday, CloudPay, or other global payroll provider technologies.
Working knowledge of spreadsheet applications, including MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Monitor, review, and approve international payroll processes for accuracy and compliance.
Understand data integration with payroll providers, addressing any errors.
Ensure timely and compliant payments to Procore colleagues and vendors.
Lead communications with global payroll partners regarding process changes and issue resolution.
Perform SOX and operational controls for payroll data accuracy.
Lead year-end tax projects, collaborating with stakeholders on requirements.
