Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Python.
• Experience with Django, FastAPI, Celery, and Poetry.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Postgres).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly with serverless architectures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes (advantage).
• Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch (advantage).
• Experience in ML Ops and cloud infrastructure (advantage).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex backend challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• A continuous learner, with a passion for staying up-to-date on backend technologies and trends.

Responsibilities:

• Design, development, and implementation of high-performance backend solutions in Python.
• Architect scalable systems, ensuring seamless integration with various platforms, including AI/ML pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to ensure successful feature development and delivery.
• Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment and integration processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring TechSee remains at the forefront of backend development.
