Requirements:

• MD degree with over 10 years of bio/pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 5+ years of proven Medical Affairs leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate scientific data.
• In-depth understanding of the US healthcare system and clinical practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of oncology and experience with product launches in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the Medical Affairs strategic plan across oncology products.
• Oversee product lifecycle management and launch readiness plans.
• Develop and execute competitive intelligence and Investigator Initiated Trials (IIT) strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with medical and scientific experts and assess unmet medical needs.
• Provide medical expertise for promotional materials and medical communications.
• Represent the company at key medical conferences and external events.
