Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing (French Speaking)

Requirements:

• Fluency in French is mandatory.
• 5-10 years of experience in client service/account management, preferably with leading brands.
• Direct experience in affiliate marketing, with knowledge of various affiliate networks.
• Professionalism and polished communication skills with little coaching needed.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including formatting and customizing reports.
• Ability to manage and motivate direct reports.
• Working knowledge of HTML is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary contact for clients addressing strategic and account questions.
• Lead weekly client calls and manage communications.
• Develop effective strategies and tactical plans for client goals.
• Execute affiliate recruitment and optimization strategies.
• Analyze data for insights and maintain client account health.
• Manage and coach team members to enhance performance.
