Tech Lead SDET - Load and Performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a software developer (Python, Scripting, JS, Java, Ruby, Go)
• Strong experience with manual and automated testing
• Experience with Load and Performance Tests
• Familiarity with testing Web and API technologies
• Experience with test management and automation tools
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools (e.g., SIPp, JMeter, Gatling, k6)
• Experience testing and delivering SaaS products
• Strong ability to connect best practices with daily activities

Responsibilities:

• Technical Lead of the team
• Design complex call scenarios for production operations
• Define and integrate performance tests with VoIP systems
• Create custom tools and frameworks for test automation
• Architect strategic solutions for testing efforts
• Plan and create the quality technical architecture
• Identify and suggest actions for quality assurance process improvements
