Requirements:

• 2-3 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Admin, or related field.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Financial business partner to the Retail teams, providing quality and timely financial support.
• Perform month-end variance analysis and operational reviews for Retail.
• Responsible for monthly financial re-forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Review metrics and KPIs to find actionable opportunities.
• Support development of centralized tools and dashboards.
• Provide decision support and impact assessment for projects.
