Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, systems management, or process improvement.
• Proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives that enhance system functionality.
• Experience managing systems, data analytics, and process optimization in a multi-state environment.
• Familiarity with state and federal labor laws and regulations, particularly in the cannabis industry.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives to streamline HR operations and enhance employee experience through data-driven process improvements.
• Continuously evaluate and refine HR policies and practices to align with company goals and regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee the optimization of the HRIS system and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Lead HR initiatives, manage key HR metrics, and foster employee engagement and communication.
