Requirements:

  • Have practiced direct clinical care in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct community member care for 20% of your time; administrative leadership 80% of your time.
  • Provide direct oversight and support for Regional Medical Leaders and National Supervising Psychiatrists.
  • Develop national recruitment, engagement, retention and training strategy for the medical team.
  • Establish medical program objectives, goals, and priorities, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Monitor industry changes and revise medical policies and workflows for compliance and quality care.
  • Conduct team meetings and conferences to discuss operational and budgetary matters.
  • Be accountable for performance metrics related to quality of care and clinical outcomes.
  • Lead strategic projects to improve medical workflows and serve as a liaison between departments.
  • Champion change management initiatives and serve as a subject matter expert in data and technology.
