Requirements:

• You speak German and English fluently.
• Prior hands-on experience in Dunning & Collection Processes is essential.
• Strong Knowledge of Lending Products to handle complex cases and contribute to improving workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM and Issue Tracking Tools, such as Salesforce and JIRA.
• Basic data analysis skills to support process improvements.
• You have completed a banking apprenticeship or university degree in business administration or relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical skills, experience using Excel, and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities:

• Execute processes regularly and proactively improve them if possible.
• Accompany projects from the first strategic draft through execution to continuous improvement and management.
• Manage customer complaints and resolve them in the interests of the customer.
• Analyze data to get a deeper understanding of the products and projects to ensure good quality.
• Bring added value due to your project management skills.
• Be the first point of contact for our external and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as deputy for the Team Lead / Manager.
