Requirements:
  • Strong-Advanced knowledge of Linux operating environments (Debian, Ubuntu, Centos) and web technologies.
  • Advanced skill in Kubernetes (Pods, Nodes, Containers, Helm Charts).
  • Knowledge of programming (PHP and preferably other languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bash, and Python).
  • Experience in PHP-based open source web applications (preferably WordPress, Drupal, Magento).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide best support and solutions to customers through tickets, chat, emails, and Premium Slack.
  • Assist in complex web migrations and support junior coworkers.
  • Help customers with application troubleshooting.
  • Convert complex customer queries into tickets when necessary.
  • Monitor and react to abuse reports in coordination with teams.
  • Assist team leads in developing internal tools.
  • Provide basic technical training to juniors.
  • Check weekly for repeated issues to suggest improvements.
  • Automate procedures to save team time.
