Requirements:
- 7+ years in channel partnerships, business development, or related sales functions.
- Demonstrated success in growing channel revenue and delivering 7 figure revenue targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted partnerships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in high-growth environments.
- Proficient in CRM and channel management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to grow channel revenue with defined key milestones and scalable processes.
- Identify and secure new channel partners aligned with corporate gifting goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing support and enablement resources.
- Design and implement partner training programs and sales tools to empower partners.
- Work with sales and marketing to develop promotional campaigns and joint strategies.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on partner performance against targets.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
- Stay informed on industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
