Product Service Engineer

Requirements:

• Associate or Undergraduate Degree in a relevant subject and/or technical training or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on web development experience and understanding of modern web applications.
• Development experience within a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience with the .NET framework using C# and OData APIs.
• Knowledge of client-side frameworks/technologies, specifically Typescript.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience using Object-Relational Mapping for data access.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration implementations and support.
• Familiarity with SQL Server queries, SSRS, and SSIS.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with teams to evolve and enhance product features and operations.
• Work with peer teams to create client-facing applications using the Footprint Platform.
• Gain expertise in the Footprint data model and back-end database (SQL Server).
• Develop client-side applications using Typescript.
• Ensure client needs are met through periodic system reviews.
• Maintain artifacts within DevOps, document time, and perform accurate time tracking.
