Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in compliance with BACB guidelines.
• Completed an 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within first 30 days.
• BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
• Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
• 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
• Prior experience working in a Telehealth/Remote capacity is preferred.
• Previous supervision experience is preferred.
• Crisis management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight to clientele to drive compliance and retention to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Train, manage and retain a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Engage parents in ABA therapy by delivering 1 hour of parent engagement per month.
• Develop child-specific behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Lead and maintain staff by orienting and training team members.
• Ensure daily functions of the team are completed by communicating job expectations and monitoring results.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team that meets objectives and delivers best practices.
