Executing activities for the assistance and call center for passengers and drivers.
Scheduling passengers, drivers, and vehicles to ensure timely and safe transportation.
Maintaining excellent business relationships with transportation companies/drivers.
Preparing and monitoring analytical data to ensure efficient operations.
