  • Education and/or experience which is equivalent to the above.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, triage, and manage infrastructure related requests and projects.
  • Liaise with requesters to gather requirements and ensure needs are met.
  • Research, propose, and implement enhancements to the IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor network and systems performance and resource utilization.
  • Perform capacity planning and establish service level agreements.
  • Develop relationships with key business leaders to identify service gaps.
  • Research and recommend solutions and tools aligned with business requirements.
