Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three plus years of sales experience.
• Track record in account management and servicing.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills.
• Established customer relationships.

• Experience meeting sales and revenue goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop business-to-business relationships.

• Must be a self-starter with motivation to work with minimal supervision.
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.

• Manage existing accounts and develop new prospects across various industries.
• Develop creative sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Cultivate strong business relationships with customers.
• Represent the eyewear line in all sales-related activities.
• Work independently while leveraging team support to exceed quota targets.
• Apply innovative ideas and solutions to customer business problems.
• Maintain knowledge of existing and new products and services.
• Identify customer requirements and communicate feedback to relevant departments.
• Act as a liaison between customers and various departments.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development to address customer needs.
• Utilize a sales automation system for inquiries, records, and reports.
