Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in compensation with a focus on technical requirements and analyzing compensation structures and programs.
• SQL experience.
• Workday experience.
• Python experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt as project visions, priorities, and timelines shift.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a People Analytics compensation subject matter expert, partnering with leaders to transform the compensation program.
• Assist with various analytical-based tasks to ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices.
• Support the development, implementation, and administration of pay structures, policies, and programs.
• Influence key leaders in the organization.
• Analyze compensation-related issues for internal equity.
