Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the spirits or hospitality industry.
• Distributor or broker experience is a plus.
• Bar/restaurant/hotel operator experience is a plus.
• Growing network of industry professionals.
• Knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to tailor communications for various on-premise environments.
• Deep understanding of market and industry trends.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Social media fluency.
• Ability to work remotely and flexible hours.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Desire for mentorship and contributing to team culture.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish-speaking) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Drive brand and commercial performance across a territory of on-premise accounts using business solutions and industry expertise.
• Engage and build long-term relationships with on-premise customers.
• Ensure compliance with legal and marketing guidelines.
• Analyze performance data to inform brand and portfolio strategies.
• Manage agency initiatives, budgets, and performance tracking.
• Utilize social media for brand support.
• Serve as a liaison between the portfolio, distributor, manager, and customers.
• Develop knowledge in spirits categories.
