Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Consulting, Implementation, Project Management, or Customer Success.
  • Fluency in French.
  • German language proficiency preferred.

  • Passion for customer work and achieving outcomes.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Familiarity with SaaS application implementation.
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Experience managing multiple customers with competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with virtual webinar technology preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Sales Navigator and understanding of sales technologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Customer Value through ensuring customers succeed with LinkedIn Sales Navigator in terms of adoption, usage and engagement.
  • Achieve Pilot KPIs related to customer license activation, seller engagement, & technical integrations.
  • Provide consultations, customer education, and best practice recommendations.
  • Build relationships with customers and internal partners.
  • Develop customer 'Success Plans' for effective product rollout.
  • Learn LinkedIn Sales Navigator and associated tools.
  • Understand and present a LinkedIn sales story using data and insights.
  • Proactively forecast churn risk and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide input for product and system improvements.
  • Track and record customer activity in CRM systems.
  • Foster a sense of inclusion and belonging within the team.
