Responsibilities:

• As the first member of Monzo’s international recruiting team, you'll help expand into new territories by structuring effective hiring processes with Hiring Managers.
• You will ensure candidates feel valued and respected throughout the application process, caring deeply about diversity and inclusiveness.
• You will source and headhunt passive candidates, continuously refine processes to improve efficiency using data, and collaborate with the hiring team.
