Requirements:

• Master’s degree in public health, public administration, or a related healthcare field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated experience in project or program management in healthcare or innovation.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Preferred experience working with cancer care delivery community.
• Preferred experience in health technology or digital health tools.
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, track detailed tasks and meet timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Director in coordinating and offering thought leadership on various programs.
• Provide creative and strategic input into innovation opportunities.
• Assist with planning, tracking and reporting on project activities.
• Utilize digital project management tools to facilitate projects.
• Manage project development, including creating detailed project plans and assessing risks.
• Address barriers to project success and align team collaborations.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve misalignments.
• Oversee reporting and data analysis processes.
• Provide timely updates on project status and manage budgets.
• Coordinate meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
