Responsibilities:

• Spearhead integration projects with partners and internal teams, from scoping to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and nurture the Integrations Management team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Drive the quality and impact of integrations, collaborating across departments to maximize value for customers and partners.
• Own and enhance integration delivery assets and processes, including partner RFPs, contracts, and project templates.
• Monitor and improve the commercial, customer, operational, and technical aspects of the integration ecosystem.
• Define and manage the process for third-party app development and publication on the platform and marketplace.
