Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in consulting, with consideration for significant experience in related fields.
• Industry expertise in healthcare, retail, and/or insurance.
• Deep experience in enterprise program and project management, business analysis, and change management.
• Knowledge of Agile techniques and experience in organizational design or business strategy development.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as SAFe, CSM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and/or CBAP.

Responsibilities:

• Providing strategic leadership and oversight for the overall program, ensuring alignment with client objectives and driving coordinated efforts to deliver outcomes on schedule.
• Managing all phases of the program and establishing governance frameworks, including schedules, risk management, and communication strategies.
• Facilitating strategic discussions with stakeholders to maintain focus on outcomes and resolve challenges.
• Driving program execution and daily operations, managing budgets, and mitigating risks.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
