Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Business Engineering or equivalent, or relevant apprenticeship with extensive skills.
  • Experience in SAP CRM Presales and C4C with many years in functional IT solutions design and implementation.
  • Proficiency in leading a team in a scaled agile environment as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of agile principles, servant leadership, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a self-organized, agile scrum team of Inhouse Consultants for Presales and Marketing.
  • Cooperate with the agile master to improve team performance and collaboration.
  • Ensure team has right competencies and resources based on the product roadmap.
  • Manage and prioritize team backlog considering product priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • Analyze and optimize processes in collaboration with business departments.
  • Manage relationships with business partners and integrate their requirements into the delivery roadmap.
  • Contribute to collaboration improvement and product management processes in a scaled agile environment.
  • Manage risks on team and program levels while aligning dependencies with other teams.
