Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in supporting/developing SaaS B2B APIs and interoperability technologies.
• Strong experience with interoperability standards, particularly HL7 FHIR.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, HTTPS, and API security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability.
• Strong critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Good project management skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical services and support for customer and 3rd party vendor API integrations.
• Educate customers and vendors on the integration process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Work closely with Tier 3 product team and other departments.
• Contribute to a knowledgebase of integration FAQs.
• Act as a technical liaison between various teams to identify and resolve high impact issues.
