Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience supporting/developing SaaS B2B APIs and Data technologies.
• Strong experience with database queries and data management.
• Strong knowledge of SQL tools, especially Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Management Studio.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, success-driven team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform technical research of customer issues by analyzing data and functionality.
• Work with customers and integrated 3rd party vendors to resolve Data Services issues.
• Contribute to and maintain a knowledgebase of Data Services FAQs.
• Support customers in using and applying best practices for Data Mart and Advanced Analytics products.
• Resolve configuration-based defects and communicate effectively with product development teams.
• Act as a liaison to identify and resolve high impact issues.
