Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in accounting & taxation.
• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
• Fluency in English and German (written and verbal skills).
• Good knowledge of Accounting Principles and Taxation.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• SAP ERP knowledge is required.
• Experience in an SSC environment is a key asset.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly tasks such as VAT, Intrastat report, Payroll, Balance sheet recons, SOX binders.
• Prepare the year-end financial close activities including US GAAP to Local GAAP reconciliations and Local GAAP financial statements drafting.
• Contact auditors for PBC list preparation and external consultants for annual CIT questionnaires.
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting, tax, and finance projects.
• Support the team leader to achieve smooth operation and monthly reporting.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
