Track record of shipping widely-used products Previous experience leading a product engineering team Ability to delegate appropriately but comfortable with code and technical discussions Willingness to dive into unfamiliar technologies Experience in design and implementation of projects involving collaboration with other engineers, product, and design Previous experience with running experiments and working with experimentation platforms is a plus.

Own implementation, quality, and timely delivery of growth experiments across top of funnel and activation Support the team in their career goals Foster a healthy work environment Own a technical roadmap for the outreach team Lead efforts to improve code quality and reliability Advise and support the team on architecture and technical design.
