Responsibilities:

• Act as a point person for Music Content Operations, including day-to-day operations, content management, and live, on-air event supervision.
• Collaborate with the Content Curation team for seamless music experiences.
• Operate and master the in-house CMS (Radiomill) to connect users with the correct media content.
• Work with Operations team for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Ensure accurate royalty reporting with the Finance team.
• Cross-functionally collaborate with various teams to improve user experiences.
• Analyze system metrics and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and resolve metadata and audio file issues.
• Conduct ISRC lookups and update music catalog.
