Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control or compliance role within the financial services industry.
• Experience in chattel loans and loan servicing operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing chattel loan origination and servicing.
• Familiarity with quality control review frameworks and processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze chattel loan origination and servicing documentation and processes to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
• Identify and address any discrepancies or non-compliance issues in loan origination and servicing.
• Conduct regular reviews of loan files, servicing records, and processing workflows.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current compliance practices and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance reviews and prepare detailed reports.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations related to chattel loan origination and servicing.
• Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement solutions.
