Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with 5 years working specifically with Python.
• Proficiency in building large and scalable Python applications.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embedding models, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with LangChain and developing LLM-based applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work.
• A team player eager to collaborate and contribute actively.
• Problem-solving mindset willing to address complex challenges.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models for conversational applications, using advanced LLM techniques.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create AI-driven solutions based on requirements.
• Lead end-to-end model development including prototyping, training, fine-tuning, and production deployment.
• Develop and integrate APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Utilize advanced AI tools including embedding models, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Continuously evaluate and improve LLM and RAG implementations.
• Solve complex challenges in collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on AI/ML trends and suggest improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a supportive environment.
